With more than 40 years of clinical experience in physical performance and functional movement, Dr. Richard Warner has helped thousands of clients move better, feel better, and rediscover what their bodies are truly capable of. He also brings numerous years as a practicing Chiropractor (now retired), specializing in assisted flexibility techniques, muscle energy, and positional myofascial release, further strengthening his ability to assess, correct, and enhance functional movement.

He holds advanced certifications in performance training, corrective exercise, and human movement sciences, and has spent decades developing systems to:

You’ll experience a complete hands-on Flex Therapy session while we assess movement imbalances, tension patterns, and any limitations affecting your performance or comfort. You’ll also leave with personalized recommendations you can apply at home.
