Every session focuses on proper form, safe movement, and effective techniques tailored specifically to your fitness level using the OPT (Optimal Performance Training) Model. Workouts may incorporate strength training, functional exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, and stability training. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle development, improved energy, or increased mobility, your personalized sessions help support your body while preventing injury and improving overall performance.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both your time and ours, we ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $65 late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full session cost.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise unexpectedly, and reasonable exceptions will be made in those cases. Our goal is to maintain a fair and considerate scheduling system while continuing to provide the highest level of service.
