Flex Therapy is a guided, assisted stretching and movement-based approach designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, muscle recovery, and overall performance. Each session helps restore optimal movement and relieve muscular tension.

2. What should I wear to my session?
We recommend athletic or flexible clothing that allows full movement. Avoid jeans, dress clothes, or restrictive fabrics.
Note: Wearing socks is mandatory.
3. Do I need to be physically fit to start?

No. Flex Therapy is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Your session is tailored to your current condition and goals.

4. Will the first appointment include treatment?

Yes. The Initial Introduction Session includes:

  • A movement assessment
  • Hands-on guided Flex Therapy

5. How long is a session?

Most sessions are 1 hour unless otherwise scheduled.
